House was ready for us. We cooked a few nights and there were seasonings/every pot and pan imaginable etc. Hot tub was clean and pool table had plenty of room around it for guests and players. Living room provided another large gathering area. Large bathrooms and plenty of areas to sleep. Overall awesome place. Would stay again!

The lodge checked every box needed and the hosts were fantastic! Perfect location, very clean and accommodating spaces. Everything was smooth from the initial booking to the final checkout. We will be staying at this lodge again anytime we visit Breck!

Plenty of space for the 12 of us. Adam was responsive to requests and any issue that arose during our stay. The location was peaceful and quiet.  The boys liked having a floor of their own since it was 6 dads and 6 boys.
