Lance and Ashley’s place was perfect for our family trip! It was the first time we got all of us together (7 adults and 7 children) + had my parents visit for a day, and we all had plenty of space to hang out and enjoy company, or some privacy. We cooked each night and had plenty of plates, utensils and supplies! The grill gave us a few problems but nothing we couldn’t work with! Communication with the hosts was quick and easy and we felt taken care of on our trip. Overall, we had such a lovely time. I’d definitely be interested in booking with them again!

We had a great stay at Adam’s house in Silverthorne.  The set up of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, the house amenities were great. We enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch day and night!  Beds were very comfortable- overall a fantastic stay.

Stayed one week at Adam's place.  Convenient parking and good location...close to downtown Frisco.  Unit was clean and well stocked.  Bed was comfortable.  Would stay there again.

The condo had plenty of room, was very clean and great location. We were able to park and walk to all the restaurants and shops in town.  Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Adam’s Mountaineer Lodge. The home was comfortable, offered beautiful mountain views, and was in a great location with easy access to both Vail and Breckenridge. Adam was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in smooth and easy. Although there’s no A/C, the whole-house fan system and cool mountain nights kept the home comfortable. There were a few minor issues, as you’d expect with most Airbnbs. A couple of remotes needed batteries (which were provided), one bedroom window handle was broken, and the hot tub cover was damaged, though Adam let us know ahead of time. The bathroom rugs could have been cleaner, and there was leftover trash from the previous guests that caused an odor at first, but Adam made sure it was picked up quickly. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives. We’d happily stay at one of Adam’s properties again.

Great location, short walk to restaurants, bars, good hikes and more. Comfortable and convenient.

Black Hawk Lodge was fantastic! We had 10 people in our group and the space was easily up to the task of housing us comfortably. From the spacious living rooms, to the dining area and the bedrooms this place made for a fantastic base camp for our week up in the mountains. The trees in the back yard helped provide a peaceful and private sitting area for the back deck and hot tub area on the back patio. I would highly recommend this spot! Thanks Adam for hosting.
