Zuma Property Management

We had a couple of self-induced problems - we locked ourselves out of the unit and had a ski injury, where we had to cut our time short. Adam was friendly, empathetic and responsive. Couldn't ask for more from a host!  We'll be back!

A beautiful location that met all of our needs. The proximity to town and the slopes was unmatched while at the same time the feeling of being away from it all in a home that met all of our expectations was perfect. <br/>We had a little bit of a hiccup in the beginning because we are used to forced air hvac systems but once we were educated on how baseboard heating and stoves were used to heat homes in this area, we didn’t skip a beat. <br/>The host was super welcoming, helpful, and responsive. So many things were thought of such as cooking supplies, toiletries, technology…the list goes on. <br/>We were a little concerned with the weather, being off the beaten path but we soon realized that any worry was pointless. Roads and driveways were scraped by unnamed heroes every time there was a good snowfall. It was never a problem driving. Still use common sense and have a 4WD vehicle when in the mountains anyways. <br/>This home was one of the best ones out of all of our Colorado trips.

We had a great stay at Lance and Ashley's place! The house works great for larger groups with lots of bedrooms/beds and open common areas. The kitchen has anything you may need during your stay and nice appliances, too. <br/>Location is perfect, right on the mountain next to Breckenridge. It is a 5 minute drive to the South Gondola lot and main street. The hills in the neighborhood and driveway can be challenging for cars after lots of snowfall, so bring a 4WD car, if possible. <br/>Hosts were responsive to our questions during the stay. I would recommend to others!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Adam’s home in Breckenridge. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The interior was homey and well designed. We loved the giant fireplace and the hot tub in the snowy weather. It’s up the mountain a bit, but still very close to the town and ski resort. The location was perfect. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! The house worked out perfectly for our family of 10. There are three levels of the house which gave everyone their own space and privacy. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a whole day of skiing and we really made use of the grill, as we enjoyed cooking dinners at home. The house is situated a few minutes away from the hustle bustle of Breckenridge, but is surrounded by beautiful woods, and a lovely setting. We had a few minor issues when we arrived, but Adam was super responsive and they were fixed in no time. I would definitely recommend this home and hopefully we’ll visit again.
