Excellent location and perfect accommodations for a big group!
With 4 adults couples and 4 teenagers, we couldn’t have found a more perfect setup. Everyone had their own space and we had more than enough room to hang out and eat as a family. Love that it was only a mile from the lift, and it was a nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is supplied with just about everything you could possibly need. We cherished our hot tub time - what a view!! Only complaint is the grill wouldn’t stay lit.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We rented this home for a family vacation in Breckenridge. House had everything we needed and more.   Not sure what the scent was or where it came from, but the house smelled so good when we arrived.     Beautifully decorated and the location was perfect, close to everything.   Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms.    The hot tub felt so good after a long day on the slopes.   The correspondence with the host was amazing.    He responded within minutes to a question I had.  We will definitely be renting this property again.   

Great for large group
Overall, the house was really nice. We love the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room areas. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The kids loved playing on the hill next to the house and snow! The sleeping accommodations were a great fit for our large group. The one note I would make about this location is that four-wheel-drive is required if you're coming in any sort of skiing month. As you approach the home, the road is less maintained in ice. Will form on a pretty steep grade. The driveway is also very steep as well And you'll need four-wheel-drive or chains to get up in even light icy conditions. The location is only about a five minute drive from the ice rink express where you can hop on the free bus to be dropped off at the base of peak nine. Overall, the check-in and checkout process was very easy and we'd consider staying there again with a large group in Breckenridge.
