## Description

This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home with 10 beds, features a large open living area and a sitting room, dining and bath. The other 4 bedrooms have direct bathroom access. Enjoy a evening soak in our 7 person hot tub with a view. If you need some quite time, take a break in our unique sun room! We've got a large patio, plenty of parking and direct access to national forest and hiking trails. In the winter we recommend 4 wheel drive. Breck can get alot of snow! The space Spacious house located close to town with hiking trails out the back door Guest access Guests can use the whole house Other things to note Please do not park on the county roads. The sheriff will ticket and tow your car. We have a large driveway that can fit plenty of vehicles

- 2026-08-17T20:34:31Z · 4/5: Overall we had a nice visit. Some minor inconveniences like not being able to light the BBQ grill and not finding matches to light it manually. Also had to buy toilet paper at the store as we ran out after only a day or two (not much was on the holders in the bathrooms). Lots of games to chose from and a nice hot tub though
- 2026-08-09T22:32:54Z · 5/5: Lance and Ashley’s place was perfect for our family trip! It was the first time we got all of us together (7 adults and 7 children) + had my parents visit for a day, and we all had plenty of space to hang out and enjoy company, or some privacy. We cooked each night and had plenty of plates, utensils and supplies! The grill gave us a few problems but nothing we couldn’t work with! Communication with the hosts was quick and easy and we felt taken care of on our trip. Overall, we had such a lovely time. I’d definitely be interested in booking with them again!
