GETTING AROUND:
This home is located in the Breckenridge Heights neighborhood. There is no shuttle service to this location, so guests can drive to the free parking lot on airport road or the paid lot right next to the Gondola.
PARKING: We are allowed to have up to 5 vehicles parked at the house. Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
What to be aware of:
- AWD/4WD may be required in Winter conditions, and is required by law on I-70 during a storm.
- There are exterior cameras that monitor driveway conditions during heavy Winter snowfall, as well as animal activity (bears, moose, etc.) for the benefit & safety of our guests. The cameras are on the front of the house and incapable of viewing/recording guests in private spaces.

- No more than 5 vehicles can be parked on the property at one time
- Maximum occupancy is 12 persons
- 4WD/AWD is highly recommended in the Winter
- NO PARTIES/EVENTS
- Local short-term rental regulations require quiet hours outdoors after 9pm. Please refrain from being loud on the deck, or particularly in the hot tub. Neighbors can file complaints that are responded to by the local police and carry a $1,500 fine that will be charged to the guest.View More

What a beautiful home with everything you might need. We had two families with a total of five kids (5-12) and there was space for another family plus a few. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, bunks beds, and porches. All of the beds were comfy. The beautiful kitchen is the heart of the home and has everything you might need. It’s very close to Main Street in Breckenridge and tons of hikes and scenic drives. 10/10. Thank you! This home was perfect for two families traveling together. Plenty of space to spread out. The views from the back porch were incredible, lodgepole pines as far as you can see. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Adam is a great host, always responsive to my messages. J

Confortable
Check-in was easy. All amenities were as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and eating. We generally ate breakfast and there were 7 of us. No issues with the house. Highly recommend the Blue Sky Lodge. J

Family Getaway
We enjoyed our time in Colorado! This house was great for our group. We had 9 people with extended family. Everyone had plenty of space and was comfortable. The humidifiers provided helped us with the dry air and altitude adjustment. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
